Third Party Assessment of Vulnerability and Resilience in Kabul, Nangahar & Herat in Afghanistan

The Japan Platform (hereinafter referred to as "JPF") is an international emergency humanitarian aid organization which offers effective and prompt emergency aid in response to refugee crises and natural disasters.

The purpose of this request for proposals is to solicit competitive offers for the provision of research and evaluation services for the JPF funded projects in Afghanistan.

JPF invites entities which are experienced on research & evaluations and have access to project locations in Kabul, Nangahar & Herat in Afghanistan.
